What is the Process?
Each session is designed around your needs, goals, and comfort level. Together, we find the musical or verbal approach that resonates most with you. My role as a board-certified music therapist is to provide guidance, support, and a safe framework for exploration.
Methods Include:

Songwriting: Develop personal songs that reflect your experiences, emotions, and creativity.

Music Listening: Engage with meaningful music to foster insight, emotional connection, and relaxation.

Singing: Use your voice to explore emotions, strengthen presence, and build confidence.

Recording: Capture your creative work, providing a lasting artifact that supports self-esteem.
Sessions may combine these techniques or focus on one, depending on what feels most effective. My goal is to help creative adults in NYC feel more expressive, centered, and confident — both musically and emotionally.
