About Me

I help creative adults navigate depression, anxiety, self-criticism, and creative blocks through music. My approach blends empathy, music, and relational depth to create a supportive space where clients can explore emotions, reconnect with their creative voice, and build confidence.
I grew up in Burlington, Vermont, and began piano lessons at six and guitar at ten. After earning a Bachelor’s degree in music from Skidmore College, I explored New York City’s vibrant music scene and discovered the transformative potential of music therapy while volunteering at NY Methodist Hospital. My training at NYU and subsequent work with adults, children, and elders gave me a broad foundation, but my passion is working with adults who want to combine creative expression with emotional growth.
I guide clients through improvisation, songwriting, guided listening, singing, and recording — tailoring each session to your needs. My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes, all in a safe, collaborative environment.
